Mollie focuses her practice on corporate, business, employment, estate planning, real estate, and probate law. If you already have estate planning documents in place, she can review them with and determine and make the necessary changes. For the more challenging conflicts that arise in probate, Mollie can litigate cases on behalf of personal representatives, beneficiaries, and other interested persons.

This has led to a rapid increase in the opportunity for lawsuits and enforcement actions. Mollie is here to provide legal advice and representation regarding any employment issues you may have. As a transplant from Tennessee, Mollie obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Maryville College in Maryville, Tennessee and her Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota.
